1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or downloading assets from PNGallery, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the platform.

2. User Accounts & Security

  • Eligibility: You must provide accurate information during registration.
  • Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • Account Actions: Any activity performed under your account is your responsibility. PNGallery reserves the right to suspend accounts that show suspicious or fraudulent activity.

3. The Coin & Reward System

PNGallery operates a unique “Coin” system to reward user engagement.

  • Earning: Coins are awarded for successful social sharing of assets. We use automated verification to confirm these shares.
  • Value: Coins are digital tokens used exclusively within PNGallery. They have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency or transferred to other users.
  • Abuse: Any attempt to “farm” coins through fake shares, bots, or script manipulation will result in an immediate permanent ban and forfeiture of all accumulated coins.

4. Download Limits & Usage

  • Daily Quota: To ensure server stability and fair access, users are subject to a daily download limit (currently 5 assets per day, unless modified by your coin balance or account status).
  • Fair Use: Users may not use automated “scrapers” or bulk-download tools to archive our library.

5. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All PNG assets and designs remain the intellectual property of PNGallery or its respective contributors.
  • License: When you download an asset, you are granted a non-exclusive license for personal or commercial use. However, you may not redistribute or resell our assets as a standalone collection or on competing platforms.

6. User-Initiated Termination (CRUD)

We respect your right to manage your data.

  • Account Deletion: You may delete your account at any time via your Dashboard.
  • Consequences: Upon deletion, all your data, including your earned Coin Balance, will be wiped from our system and cannot be recovered.

7. Limitation of Liability

PNGallery is provided “as is” without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our website, including but not limited to loss of data or technical interruptions.

8. Modifications to Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any part of the service (including the coin rewards ratio or download limits) at any time without prior notice.
